These Terms govern your use of the Warehouse Property Finance website and our finance-arrangement service. By using the site or submitting an enquiry you accept these Terms.

Our role

We are a finance arranger and introducer. We are not a lender and we do not provide financial, legal, tax or investment advice. We introduce borrowers to lenders and capital partners and help structure and place funding. Any finance is provided by, and on the terms of, the relevant lender.

No offer of finance

Information on this website, including indicative rates, loan-to-value figures, terms and example structures, is illustrative only. It varies by lender, asset and borrower and does not constitute an offer of finance or a commitment to lend.

Regulatory status

Warehouse Property Finance is a trading name of Lenzie Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 08174104, registered office Lynch Farm, Kensworth, Dunstable, LU6 3QZ. We are a finance arranger and introducer, not a lender, and we do not provide financial, legal or tax advice. Most warehouse and industrial property finance arranged for corporate and experienced-investor borrowers is unregulated business lending that falls outside the Financial Conduct Authority's regulated-mortgage perimeter. Some lending, including to individuals or owner-occupiers, can be a regulated mortgage contract; where a transaction would be a regulated mortgage contract or otherwise require FCA authorisation, we refer it to an appropriately authorised firm. Indicative terms, rates and loan-to-value figures are illustrative, vary by lender, asset and borrower, and are not an offer of finance.

Accuracy of information

Market data shown on region, county and location pages is drawn from published research by commercial property houses including CBRE, Knight Frank, Savills, JLL and Cushman & Wakefield, reported at regional or key-market level and attributed to its source. It is provided for general context, may not be current or complete, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the website or from any finance arranged. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
